Tim Bonaldi
Tim is a registered Psychologist who has experience in working with people from all walks of life with a wide range of mental health issues. He takes a gentle, warm, and caring approach to help support clients through challenges that they may face in life. Tim believes people are not defined by the challenges they face, and therefore takes a holistic approach to client care. Tim is reflective and values working together with clients as a team. He works from a client-centered approach and provides a trauma-sensitive framework. He strongly values the therapeutic relationship and encourages collaboration and honesty throughout the therapeutic process. Tim specializes in helping people navigate life transitions and the complications that come with it. He can also help you explore your identity and life direction (personal growth). Tim has a special interest in helping people manage anxiety (general and social), criticism from self and others, people pleasing, perfectionism, and struggles with self-worth. Tim can also help you identify what you want in relationships with others and yourself. He enjoys working with people who want to explore why they are experiencing issues, and how they can live a fulfilled life. Tim enjoys working with people aged 18 years old and over, and ensures he is constantly learning and developing his skills through the latest research and training.
Tim has worked in trauma sensitive community health settings with people experiencing complex mental health conditions.

Katherine Bonaldi
Katherine is a registered Clinical Psychologist who has over 16 years experience working with people who have a wide range of mental health issues aged 18 to 90 years old. She takes a compassionate and collaborative approach to help clients achieve their goals, promote recovery, healing and wellbeing. Katherine offers comprehensive psychological and diagnostic assessments and tailored evidence-based therapy. She enjoys working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. In particular, she has expertise in trauma and provides a trauma-sensitive practice. Katherine is reflective, responsive, and regularly updates skills with the latest research and training.
Katherine has worked in major public and private hospitals and private practices in Melbourne specializing in trauma programs and chronic pain.
She is also a passionate registered Supervisor and provides supervision to other psychologists, clinical registrars and provisional psychologists.
